Yes, the Johnson house was on fire last night. We have this love for the Thunder that I thought was never possible, especially for me. I never thought that I would enjoy watching basketball or even more, LOVE watching basketball.
The Thunder get it. They understand the spirit in which the great city of Oklahoma City supports them and even the great state of Oklahoma. If the OKC Bombing didn't happen, these guys wouldn't be here. And this team respects that. I'm new to enjoying the NBA, but I've never felt this kind of connection between a team and it's city. When you knock player down, you cause a city to rise. Unity - that my friends, is world peace.
